I am a senior UX and accessibility consultant with over 27 years of experience delivering digital transformation across government, regulation, and education. My career has been shaped by a commitment to designing services that are inclusive, intuitive, and grounded in real user needs.
I was the first person in Jersey to qualify as a UX Master through the Nielsen Norman Group and remain the island’s only member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
My professional expertise spans Agile project leadership, user research, usability, information architecture, interaction design, content strategy, and continuous improvement. I bring over 18 years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering websites, including major projects such as jerseylaw.je, ogier.com, ogierproperty.com, gov.je, jerseyfsc.org, statesassembly.je, ports.je, and various online services such as Love Jersey, EatSafe and Track My Bus.
I also contributed to embedding and delivering a UX framework within the University of Sheffield’s digital transformation programme, helping to establish user‑centred design as a core organisational capability.
I have extensive experience working with content management systems including Umbraco, SharePoint, and WordPress.
I am passionate about creating digital services that work for everyone—accessible, sustainable, and genuinely shaped by user needs. I am equally committed to reducing digital waste and promoting responsible, environmentally conscious digital practices.
