I am an experienced user experience (UX) consultant with a demonstrated history of digital delivery and transformation within government, regulation and education. I have over 27 years’ experience working in public sector IT.

I was the first person in Jersey to qualify as a UX Master through NNG certification.

I’m professionally skilled in Agile project management, web content strategy, usability, user research, information architecture, interaction design, communication, leadership, and continuous improvement.

I have a range of experience with various content management systems – SharePoint, WordPress and Umbraco.

I have over 15 years of experience of websites and online services. Key website projects that I have delivered include gov.je, Jersey Financial Services Commission, States Assembly, Ports of Jersey, Government House, Love Jersey, Track My Bus, web payments (ICAR) and many online forms.

More recently I was involved in embedding and delivering a UX framework into the digital transformation programme at Sheffield University.

Currently working on a Carbon Offsetting app for Ports of Jersey and SharePoint Online for JFSC.

I am passionate about delivering excellent online services which are based on user needs and that are accessible to everyone, as well as cleaning up the digital waste that is affecting our planet.
