What we collect

We only collect personal data that you give us directly typically the name, email address, organisation and message you submit through our contact form, or the email correspondence that follows.

We do not use third-party analytics that profile individuals. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we hold it

We use the contact-form data to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to administer the engagement. We hold ongoing client correspondence for the duration of our working relationship plus seven years, in line with our professional obligations.

Who we share it with

Your data is held by Digital Leaders. We do not share it with third parties for marketing or profiling. We use a small number of service providers (email, file storage, accounting) under data-processing agreements that meet the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and UK GDPR.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct anything that's wrong,
• delete it (subject to any legal retention requirements),
• restrict how we use it,
• complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner .
