Geraldine Cardwell

Geraldine is a digital transformation specialist with twenty seven years of experience across government, regulation and education. She was the first person in Jersey to earn a UX Master credential from the Nielsen Norman Group and remains the island's only member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).

She has spent eighteen years designing and delivering websites for major Jersey institutions including jerseylaw.je, gov.je, jerseyfsc.org and statesassembly.je. Her practice spans Agile leadership, user research, usability, information architecture and interaction design, with hands-on platform experience across Umbraco, SharePoint and WordPress.

Most recently she led UX framework integration for the University of Sheffield's digital transformation programme. Her work centres on inclusive, intuitive services that put user need first, alongside a growing focus on sustainable digital design.
