Marcus Ferbrache

Marcus is a veteran IT consultant with thirty five years of experience across government, financial services, legal and commercial sectors. His focus is digital transformation in the public sector particularly Jersey's journey toward digital by default services.

He's worked as both a supplier to government and an in house manager of suppliers, which gives him an unusually frank view of where digital programmes succeed and where they go wrong. He cares most about two things: better customer service through well designed online experiences, and embedding digital capability into organisational culture rather than bolting it on.

Marcus is a Chartered IT Professional, a member of Socitm, the Chartered Management Institute, the Open Data Institute, the Institute of Directors and Digital Jersey.
