Tom Bryant

Tom has spent more than twenty years helping organisations build skills and adapt to change in private and public sectors, across four continents. His client roster includes HSBC, Barclays, British Gas, the UK Cabinet Office, and the governments of India, Malaysia and Jersey.

He's held senior positions including Senior Advisor for Digital Skills at the Cabinet Office, Global Head of Learning & Development at Colt, and Global HR Transformation Lead at HSBC, with nine years at Accenture earlier in his career.

Tom holds a Master's in HR, a Bachelor's in Business Management, and certifications spanning executive coaching, PRINCE2, MSP, ITIL, and Agile / User-Centred Design from the UK Government Digital Service. His Digital Emotional Intelligence (DEQ) leadership framework has been published in Oxford University Press textbooks.
